Health and Wellbeing Assessment

This approach is from the context of how our lifestyle  behaviour determines the course of our health.  The Lifestyle Medicine approach is low-tech and recognises behavioural change as the key to long term health. It also recognises that healthy wellbeing often requires teamwork to be fully effective.

What is the best approach for you will be agreed with you depending upon your situation. Occasionally, tests can be useful but only to answer a specific diagnostic question and which then will influence next steps towards achieving your health goals.

It is best to allow for around 90 minutes for the assessment.

Follow-up will be discretionary.
