At The American Heart Association 2012 Scientific Sessions a Cuban study was revealed, double-blind and placebo-controlled which examined the effect of dietary milled flaxseed on folk suffering arterial disease and high blood pressure. The outcome? Blood pressure was lowered by equivalent or greater amounts than would be expected from drug treatment.There are no wonder foods but it demonstrates that eating intelligently has big health benefits – as we keep saying at Core Health.
