Back problems?

We are planning to open a new ‘Back To Fitness’ class in January, with some taster sessions over the Christmas holiday period. The classes will take place on Thursday and Saturday mornings and will incorporate core and postural stability work, strength, flexibility and general fitness/cardiovascular training. There will  be a maximum of 5 people in each group so available places may be limited. The class will be led by a physiotherapist and assisted by a personal trainer. Other specialists are on hand to help you too.
